The company is located in Luxembourg and has a rich know-how in take-over, repositioning, Asset Management and disposal of hotels in all categories as well as office buildings.

The aim of our hotel management is to ensure a consistently high level of service in our hotels, creating a positive experience starting with the electronic or personal reservations, the stay in the hotel, up to invoicing and processing. In order to guarantee this service permanently and in an efficient manner, a continuous coordination of the processes and the seamless integration of centralized service facilities is required. The individual hotel areas (reception, reservations, catering, housekeeping, management, sales, human resources, maintenance) are managed and coordinated within this process.

Hotel guests are not affected by our management processes, as they take place in the background. The basis is an innovative and constantly updated IT and data concept.

Our experience shows that anticipatory and proactive management is fundamental in order to avoid problems and ensure smooth workflows.
